On the 6th, Memorial Day, Gwangju and Jeonnam are expected to be mostly clear, with early summer heat continuing.

According to the Gwangju Regional Meteorological Administration, the region will be on the edge of a high-pressure system located over the seas south of Japan. Morning lows will range from 13 to 18 degrees Celsius, while daytime highs will reach between 24 and 29 degrees Celsius.

Wave heights in both the West Sea and South Sea coastal waters are expected to reach up to 0.5 meters, and ultrafine dust concentrations are forecast to remain at 'normal' levels.

An official from the Korea Meteorological Administration stated, "There will be areas of sea fog in the West Sea and South Sea, and dense fog with visibility around 200 meters is expected in some island areas. We urge caution to prevent maritime safety accidents, and advise maritime travelers to check operation information in advance."
