The labor and management of the Private School Teachers' Pension have joined forces to improve working conditions.
On June 5, the Private School Teachers' Pension announced that a joint labor-management declaration ceremony for "Creating a Better Workplace" was held at the Jeonnam Naju Headquarters the previous day.
At the ceremony, representatives from both labor and management adopted a joint declaration, expressing their commitment to respecting the value of labor and the happiness of workers, and to building a happy workplace together. The declaration includes provisions for protecting workers' rights and interests, enhancing welfare, and strengthening cooperative labor-management relations.
The Private School Teachers' Pension plans to promote cooperation between labor and management in various areas, including creating a safe and healthy working environment, fulfilling social responsibilities as a public institution, and ensuring the stable management of the pension fund, all based on a culture of mutual respect and collaboration.
Song Hajung, Chairman of the Private School Teachers' Pension, stated, "The adoption of this joint labor-management declaration will further strengthen the foundation for coexistence and cooperation between labor and management. We will continue to put the declaration into practice, striving to create a better workplace and to become a public institution trusted by the public."
