KB, Visa Launch Hawaii Travel Promotion

Benefits across flights, hotels, restaurants, and activities

Global payment technology company Visa announced on June 4 that it is collaborating with KB Kookmin Card and the Hawaii Tourism Authority to launch the 'KB Visa Happy Island' promotion for travelers to Hawaii, running until July 18.

The promotion is designed for travelers visiting Hawaii during the summer vacation season and offers benefits across flights, hotels, restaurants, and activities.

According to recent payment data from Visa, Hawaii is the second most popular region in the United States for transactions made with cards issued in South Korea.

In response, Visa, KB Kookmin Card, and the Hawaii Tourism Authority are providing a variety of benefits to customers planning trips to Hawaii.

During the promotion period, customers booking Hawaii flight tickets through Trip.com will receive a 30% discount. Special fares for Hawaiian Airlines tickets are also available. The travel departure period is valid until July 18.

Customers who book Renaissance Hotel or Waikiki Resort Hotel through the promotion link will receive one complimentary night. Outrigger Resort hotels are offering discounts of up to 35%. For bookings on the Hawaiian NCL Cruise, which tours four Hawaiian islands, a $200 onboard credit will be provided.

In Hawaii, additional benefits are available through Trip Coupons. At popular restaurants such as Aina Steak and Eggs'n Things, customers who spend a certain amount will receive complimentary menu items. Diamond membership is provided free of charge when using Quick Rent-a-Car. The 3-Star Dinner Cruise is available at a 15% discount.

The promotion also extends to other popular resort destinations such as Guam, Saipan, and Bali, offering a range of benefits. Customers can enjoy special offers in various sectors, including hotels, shopping, and activities in each region.
