Woori Bank Launches AI-Based Investment Solution "Hybrid Portfolio"

Customized Asset Management with Proprietary Algorithm

Woori Bank Launches AI-Based Investment Solution "Hybrid Portfolio"

On June 3, Woori Bank announced the launch of its "Hybrid Portfolio," an asset management service based on its proprietary algorithm, and stated that it will hold a customer event to commemorate the launch until June 30.

The "Hybrid Portfolio" analyzes customers' investment tendencies and market risk levels to calculate the optimal investment ratio between funds (risky assets) and savings or time deposits (safe assets), and then presents a customized portfolio. In particular, the service offers both "Investment Diagnosis" and "Market Diagnosis" functions powered by generative AI technology, enabling even more sophisticated asset management.

Through this service, customers can analyze not only products held at Woori Bank but also those at other financial institutions to build the optimal portfolio. They can also use the "Investment Sentiment Index," which is based on historical investor behavior data, to understand market trends.

To apply for the service, customers can receive expert-level portfolio recommendations without visiting a branch, by navigating to "Products ▷ Funds ▷ Hybrid Portfolio" in the Woori WON Banking app.

To celebrate the launch, Woori Bank is holding an event until June 30. Among customers who newly sign up for the "Hybrid Portfolio" with an amount of at least 200,000 won, 1,500 winners will be selected by lottery to receive a mobile coupon for two Starbucks Iced Americanos. The winners will be individually notified on July 28.

A Woori Bank representative said, "With this service, customers can now easily access professional portfolio services tailored to their individual preferences," adding, "We will continue to expand services at the level of private banking that anyone can easily use by combining AI technology with the bank's asset management expertise."
