This program, a representative cultural and arts initiative for seniors in Yangcheon District, involves collaborative drawing-based creative activities between seniors and local artists, encouraging participants to reflect on the value of life at each stage of the life cycle. Since its launch in 2021, over 240 people have participated over the past four years.

This year, five institutions including the Mokdong Senior Welfare Center are offering a variety of programs, such as drawing time across the life cycle, art therapy and psychological counseling, creating intergenerational videos and autobiographies, and interviews about one's current self. Through these activities, seniors are able to reinterpret their lives positively, gain emotional stability, and spend time communicating with each other.

Notably, this year, the "Exhibition Filled with Time" will be held at Omok Park, allowing more residents to appreciate the seniors' artworks. In May, during the "Y Education Expo 2025," a "Street Gallery" was set up from the back gate of the Yangcheon District Office to behind the Yangcheon Police Station, where 198 works by seniors were exhibited under the theme "Youth Shining Through Learning," leaving a deep impression on visitors.

Yangcheon District Mayor Ki-jae Lee stated, "I hope this program will be a meaningful opportunity for seniors to truly love and appreciate themselves through their artistic activities," and added, "We will continue to build a warm community so that seniors can enjoy a healthy and happy later life."
