[This Week's IPO] Book-Building and Subscription Schedule for the First Week of June

In the first week of this month (June), Autocrypt will conduct a book-building process for institutional investors.

◆Autocrypt= Since 2007, Autocrypt has been the only domestic global future mobility software security company specializing in the development and supply of vehicle security solutions, holding the longest track record in the industry. In particular, Autocrypt is the only domestic global company selected by 21 automakers as a core supplier of vehicle cybersecurity solutions, which will be mandatory for approximately 1.6 billion vehicles worldwide.

The company plans to offer a total of 1.4 million new shares (100% new shares), with an expected offering price range of 18,700 to 22,000 KRW per share. The total offering size will be between 26.2 billion and 30.8 billion KRW. The book-building process will take place over five days, from June 4 to June 11, targeting both domestic and international institutional investors. The public subscription for retail investors is scheduled for June 16 and 17. The lead underwriter is Daishin Securities.
