A total of 885 apartment units to be supplied
across three complexes nationwide next week
Next week, a total of 885 apartment units will be supplied across three complexes nationwide, including in Seoul.
According to Real Estate R114 on May 31, a total of 885 units in three complexes will be available for general subscription in the first week of June. The three complexes are Goduk Gangil Daeseong Berhill and Diatheon in Gangdong-gu, Seoul, and The Sharp Gwangyang Lake Centum in Gwangyang, Jeollanam-do.
Goduk Gangil Daeseong Berhill, located in Sangil-dong, Gangdong-gu, consists of 13 buildings with a maximum of 15 floors above ground and two basement levels, offering exclusive areas of 84 and 101 square meters, for a total of 613 units. Residents can walk to Gangil Station on Subway Line 5, and the complex is close to Olympic-daero, the Seoul Metropolitan Area First Ring Expressway, Cheonho-daero, and Hanam-daero. The Goduk Gangil district is a public housing site where the price ceiling system for apartment sales is applied.
In addition, two other complexes?Yeoju Station Rosebiang The Centum in Yeoju, Gyeonggi-do and Osan Segyo Athera in Osan?are scheduled for sale. Yeoju Station Rosebiang The Centum will consist of eight buildings with up to 25 floors above ground and two basement levels, totaling 744 units. It will be supplied through the Hongmun 1 District urban development project, and will feature improved transportation networks and various living infrastructure to enhance access to the city center. Transfer routes centered on Yeoju Station will be expanded, and Yeoju Elementary School is set to open in March 2026.
