Air Busan has participated in the "Future Tomorrow Work Experience" program, a youth job experience initiative organized by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, since last year. This year, the company held a ceremony to celebrate the completion of a two-month internship by 14 young participants.
The selected interns were assigned to their desired departments, including flight operations, cabin services, maintenance, and general administration. They gained hands-on experience in actual airline operations and deepened their understanding of the aviation industry through mentoring sessions with professionals in the field.
Nam Hyunwook, a student who participated as an intern, said, "The experience of working directly in the airline industry was extremely valuable. Being able to observe and learn up close as a member of Air Busan for two months has become a significant asset for me."
An Air Busan representative stated, "Through this program, we actively supported young people so they could explore careers in aviation and strengthen their capabilities. We will continue to take the lead in nurturing aviation professionals and providing career education."
Air Busan has been consistently operating aviation career experience programs for youth and young adults through various educational donation activities, such as "Dream Campus" and "Dream Mentor."
