MLB Direct Viewing and Stadium Tour
San Francisco's Must-See Attractions Included
Full Itinerary Accompanied by Commentator Lee Hyunwoo
Modetour announced on May 30 that it has launched the "San Francisco MLB Direct Viewing Concept Tour with Commentator Lee Hyunwoo" for Major League Baseball (MLB) fans.
This concept tour is an eight-day itinerary departing on July 7 via Asiana Airlines. Participants will directly attend four consecutive home games of the San Francisco Giants, which feature Lee Junghoo, known as the "Grandson of the Wind," and also visit major tourist attractions in San Francisco.
Notably, two of the four home games will be rival matches against the Los Angeles Dodgers, featuring global superstar Shohei Ohtani and Kim Hyesung, further heightening the anticipation among Korean MLB fans. Lee Hyunwoo, a professional MLB commentator, will accompany the group throughout the trip, providing vivid commentary and behind-the-scenes stories on site. He will interact with customers both inside and outside the stadium to enhance the enjoyment of watching the games in person.
In addition to attending the games, the itinerary includes a stadium tour and visits to San Francisco's iconic attractions such as the Golden Gate Bridge, Ferry Building, Fisherman's Wharf, Twin Peaks, Mission Dolores Park, and Half Moon Bay. Participants will also enjoy a culinary journey, including clam chowder and a three-course meal at Harris Restaurant, one of San Francisco's top three steakhouses.
Throughout the tour, guests will stay at a four-star hotel located in the city center, enhancing both the quality and convenience of the trip. Taking into account the age range and travel preferences of previous direct viewing product customers, the itinerary also includes a free day, allowing participants to enjoy their trip in their own preferred way.
Lee Daehyuk, Head of Product Division at Modetour, stated, "Thanks to the outstanding performances of Lee Junghoo and Kim Hyesung, interest among Korean baseball fans has become even more intense recently." He added, "We will continue to expand themed travel products that allow sports enthusiasts to enjoy trips with experts, rather than simply offering direct viewing packages."
