Industrial Bank of Korea (IBK) announced that, in celebration of Family Month, it hosted the 'IBK Moduda Family Concert' on the 28th at the CG Art Hall in the Gangnam Construction Hall, Seoul, inviting members of culturally marginalized groups.
IBK invited around 600 people to this concert, including multicultural families, households in the lower income bracket, and families with children with disabilities, creating a special opportunity for everyone to come together and enjoy music as one.
The concert featured a lineup of performers spanning various artistic genres, creating an electrifying atmosphere. The popera group 'La Poem', winners of Phantom Singer; the a cappella group 'Exit', whose YouTube views have surpassed 20 million; the fusion gugak group 'Granada', which bridges traditional and modern music; and the performance band 'Boom Beat', known for their dynamic rhythms, each took the stage in turn. They presented newly arranged performances of classics, pop songs, Korean popular music, and animation theme songs, all with a modern twist, receiving enthusiastic applause from the audience.
An IBK representative stated, "We hope this concert provided a meaningful opportunity for families from diverse cultural backgrounds to connect and feel a sense of unity." The representative added, "We will continue to carry out various social contribution activities that incorporate arts and culture in order to enhance multicultural acceptance and cultural accessibility in the future."
