Gaining Attention as a Filming Location for Variety Shows and Dramas
Upscale Community Infrastructure Stands Out, Including Tea House and Trinity Lounge
'Singumdan Royal Park City II,' located in Seo-gu, Incheon, has recently become a frequent backdrop for television production shoots. This is due to its exotic swimming pool, landscaping with 1.8 million plants, and upscale community facilities such as a tea house and lounge.
DK Asia, the developer of 'Singumdan Royal Park City II,' announced on the 29th that the production team of a general programming channel recently filmed a marathon entertainment program at the site. The filming featured singer Sean, football commentator Lee Youngpyo, former national basketball team coach Hur Jae, and professional baseball commentator Yang Joonhyuk.

The large-scale walking trails, a 430-meter water feature, tea house, and swimming pool within Royal Park City II served as the backdrop. The program also included scenes of the cast dining at the Trinity Lounge inside the complex. After running, the participants received private yacht vouchers exclusively for residents. Medical support was provided by the International St. Mary's Hospital of Catholic Kwandong University.
Additionally, a local private broadcaster's health program is scheduled to be filmed at the 'Singumdan Royal Park City II' complex in early June. This content reinterprets the national calisthenics routine in a modern way.
Production crews from public broadcasters and general programming channels are also visiting the site in succession. Previously, streaming platforms Netflix and Disney+ completed filming for their shows scheduled to air in the second half of this year.
Jo Hyunwook, Executive Director of DK Asia, said, "Singumdan Royal Park City II offers luxury residential facilities, community infrastructure on par with a six-star hotel, and landscaping that surpasses even One Bailey, the most prestigious complex in Gangnam." He added, "It is called a 'movie-like home' because it perfectly harmonizes living spaces, community, nature, and culture, making it beloved by both production teams and cast members."
He continued, "We will continue to collaborate with various content creators to widely promote the appeal of 'Royal Park City' as Korea's premier resort city and high-end urban brand."
