This training was organized to provide guidance on ways to utilize public property for public benefit and to manage it systematically, as well as to enhance the job understanding and expertise of the managers. The training focused on job education in the following areas: conducting surveys and establishing management plans for public property; strategies for utilizing public property such as facility opening and leasing; and efficient management of educational supplies and measures to promote the sharing economy. In particular, there was an in-depth discussion on ways to utilize closed school properties in connection with regional development.

In addition, participants shared policy directions for the use of closed school properties in the Jeonnam region and engaged in in-depth exchanges of opinions among working-level staff on topics such as internal utilization plans, utilization roadmaps, and obstacles and improvement measures encountered in the utilization process.

Oh Junheon, Director of the Finance Division, said, "Please develop tailored plans for utilizing closed schools that fit local conditions," and added, "I hope this training will serve as an opportunity to enhance public property management capabilities and ensure that public property is utilized in line with the expectations of the residents."
