According to the Nonsan Gyeryong Office of Education on May 28, Sangwoo Kim claimed the gold medal by decisively defeating his opponents with overwhelming skill in the wrestling competition held at Haman Indoor Gymnasium in Gyeongsangnam-do on May 25.
He also captured the audience's attention with his outstanding match management, which combined both technique and strength.
At this year's festival, the Nonsan Gyeryong Office of Education won a total of 10 medals, including 4 gold and 6 bronze medals. Among these, Sangwoo Kim's gold medal was a particularly remarkable achievement, bringing great pride to the local sports community.
