Busan Transportation Corporation (President Lee Byungjin) is operating an experiential educational program, "Job Theme Park! This program is designed to reflect the unique work structure of the Light Rail Operation Office in charge of Line 4, allowing participants to directly experience key urban railway duties such as control, driving, vehicle maintenance, and station operations.

In particular, the Light Rail Operation Office features a rare integrated operation system, even nationwide, enabling participants to vividly experience all aspects of urban railway operations in a single space. Through this, the corporation has structured the program to help participants not only explore career paths in the railway sector but also experience the integrity and ethical responsibilities of public institutions.

The program includes a variety of activities such as a tour of the unmanned driving control system, hands-on experience with a driving simulator, vehicle maintenance demonstrations, and station operation and safety education. Participants can directly take on the roles of actual railway workers, thereby deepening their understanding of urban railway operations.

This program is available to groups of 20 or more (such as kindergartens, elementary, middle, and high schools, and youth organizations), and applications are accepted at any time via email. The schedule can be adjusted through prior consultation.

Lee Byungjin, President of Busan Transportation Corporation, stated, "The Job-Metro program, based on the unique characteristics and integrated operation system of Line 4, is a valuable opportunity to convey the realities of railway operations to citizens," adding, "We will continue to move toward becoming a trusted urban railway through various programs that communicate with citizens."
