"Up to 80,000 Won Extra Discount on Hotels"... Gmarket Joins 'Accommodation Festa'

Participating in Both Regional and Nationwide Events
Promoting Over 40,000 Domestic Accommodation Products

On May 28, Gmarket announced that it will participate in the '2025 Korea Accommodation Sale Festa,' organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Korea Tourism Organization, and will offer an exclusive additional discount of up to 80,000 won.

Through this event, which is divided into regional and nationwide segments, Gmarket plans to sell a total of 40,000 accommodation products at special prices in partnership with 13 travel agencies listed on the platform. The sale applies to stays available from June 5 to July 17.

The regional segment will run for three days until May 30. Every day at 10 a.m., a '50,000 won discount coupon' for domestic accommodations will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Customers can download one regional coupon per ID from a selection of 13 regions, including Gangwon, North Gyeongsang, Gwangju, Daegu, Daejeon, Busan, North Jeolla, North Chungcheong, and Jeju. An additional discount of up to 30,000 won (7%) is exclusively available on Gmarket when paying with a KB Kookmin Card.

The nationwide segment will be held simultaneously on Gmarket and Auction from June 2 to July 17, offering discounts of up to 80,000 won. Every day at 10 a.m., a '30,000 won discount coupon' will be provided for non-metropolitan hotels, resorts, and pensions. Additionally, Gmarket and Auction will offer an exclusive extra discount of 10,000 won for purchases over 150,000 won, as well as a card payment discount of up to 30,000 won (7%). For customers who have not purchased domestic accommodations on Gmarket or Auction since January last year, an extra 20,000 won discount will be provided for purchases over 250,000 won.

The event page can be found by searching for '숙박세일' (Accommodation Sale) in the Gmarket search bar. Products with '숙박세일' in the product name or a '숙박세일' sticker are eligible for discounts.
