EMK Musical Company Launches "Phantom" Musical Collaboration Products with Emart24

EMK Musical Company, the production company behind the musical "Phantom," announced on the 27th that it will be launching collaborative products with the convenience store chain Emart24, marking the first such collaboration in the industry.


According to EMK Musical Company, the collaboration was arranged to offer people a special opportunity to experience the emotional impact of the musical in their everyday lives. Starting today, customers can purchase French macarons?the dessert featured as part of the spatial background in Phantom?as well as Black Beef Burgers, Omurice, and Picnic Sandwiches at Emart24 convenience stores.

To commemorate the launch of the collaborative products, both an "Emart24 app event" and an "EMK Instagram verification event" will be held.


Through the Emart24 app event, 200 R-seat invitation tickets to Phantom and Emart24 gift certificates will be given away by lottery. Customers can enter the event by purchasing collaboration products and collecting stamps on the Emart24 app. Additionally, from May 31 for about a week, those who purchase collaboration products and verify their participation on EMK's Instagram can receive Phantom MD merchandise.


Celebrating the 10th anniversary of its Korean premiere, the musical Phantom is based on Gaston Leroux's novel "The Phantom of the Opera" (1910). The production is noted for its grand, three-story stage that recreates the Paris Opera House and its staging, which encompasses a variety of artistic genres including opera and ballet.



The cast includes Park Hyo-shin, Kai, and Jeon Dongseok as "Phantom"; Lee Jihye, Song Eunhye, and Jang Hyerin as "Christine Daae"; Min Youngki and Hong Kyungsoo as "Gerard Carriere"; Lisa, Jeon Sumi, and Yoon Sabong as "Madame Carlotta"; Park Siwon and Lim Jeongmo as "Count Philippe de Chandon"; Moon Sunghyuk as "Monsieur Sorelli"; Kim Juwon, Hwang Hyemin, and Choi Yewon as "Belladova"; and Jung Youngjae, Kim Heehyun, and Kim Taeseok as "Young Carriere."


Phantom will open at the Grand Theater of the Sejong Center for the Performing Arts in Seoul on May 31 and will run through August 11.
