The Korea Housing Association announced on the 27th that it has signed a mutual memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Hwawoo Law Firm for the development and growth of the housing construction industry.

The two organizations have pledged to cooperate on several fronts: conducting joint research to prevent and resolve legal disputes in the housing construction sector; co-hosting educational programs and seminars on major current issues; and recommending specialized attorneys capable of providing legal services in specific fields.

Kim Jaesik, Executive Vice President of the Korea Housing Association, stated, "As the housing construction industry becomes increasingly sophisticated, various legal reviews are required for each project. Through this agreement with Hwawoo, we expect the domestic housing construction industry to take another step forward."

Lee Myungsoo, Chief Attorney at Hwawoo Law Firm, commented, "With the recent increase in various types of legal disputes, such as construction cost increases due to inflation and conflicts during redevelopment projects, it is meaningful to be able to contribute to the stabilization of the housing and construction industry. Based on Hwawoo's expertise, we will pursue the joint development of this industry and enhance legal services related to the housing sector."
