On May 24, Indian media outlet NDTV reported that a video shared by local travel and food blogger Akanksha Monga on Instagram, documenting her experience with Korea's express bus, has gone viral, surpassing 1 million views. In the video, she said, "I bought a bus ticket from a small town to Seoul, and it cost about 2,000 rupees (approximately 32,000 won). At first, I thought it was a bit expensive, but as soon as I entered the bus, my mind changed."

Akanksha explained, "When boarding, you have to scan a QR code first," as she showed the inside of the bus. She exclaimed, "This is just a moving luxury hotel," and added, "I've heard of business class on airplanes, but this is a business class bus." What especially amazed her were the amenities inside the bus: wireless phone chargers, personal TV screens that connect to your own phone, fully reclining seats, soft side lighting, and even curtains for privacy.

In the video description, Akanksha wrote, "I wish we had buses like this in my country. Koreans are living in 2050, and this bus trip proved it. I still can't forget how luxurious it was! You can take this kind of bus from Busan to Seoul," she added.

Reactions from international viewers who watched the video were also enthusiastic. Comments included, "I spent 18 days in Korea and 22 days in Japan, but people don't realize how practical and innovative Korea is," "Thank you for sharing. I definitely want to try this bus," "It feels like being in a dream," and "I visited Korea last year and it was truly amazing."

Meanwhile, in the past, foreign media have also praised Seoul's subway system. They highlighted features such as the ability to transfer between most subway lines using a transportation card, a system that settles fares in a single transaction, Wi-Fi service, real-time train arrival information displays, and heating and cooling systems. At the time, CNN in the United States evaluated Seoul's subway wireless internet service as "the world's best subway system."
