This competition brought together 629 students from 16 specialized high schools in the fields of commerce, information, and tourism. The students competed in a total of 15 categories, including 11 skill events such as accounting practice, entrepreneurship practice, office administration, e-commerce practice, and business English, as well as 4 contest events such as the entrepreneurship club expo and club contest.

Through this competition, the Busan Metropolitan Office of Education plans to select local student representatives to participate in the 15th National Commercial Competition to be held in Gyeongsangbuk-do in September, and to identify and nurture talented students with outstanding expertise at an early stage.

Superintendent Kim Seokjun said, "I hope this competition will serve as a valuable opportunity for vocational high school students to test their professional skills in real-world settings and experience a sense of accomplishment," adding, "The Office of Education will spare no effort in supporting students so that they can grow into professionals with expertise in their respective fields."
