Seoul Housing & Communities Corporation (SH Corporation) announced on May 22 that it will offer 18 commercial units in apartment complexes within the Godeok Gangil Public Housing District and 2 commercial units in the Naegok Urban Lifestyle Housing (Seocho Sunforet) for sale on a first-come, first-served basis.

SH Corporation issued the first-come, first-served sale notice on this day and will begin accepting contracts on a first-come, first-served basis from visitors starting June 9.

The commercial units in the Godeok Gangil District are located in complexes 2, 4, 6, 7, 9, 11, 13, and 14. The commercial unit in complex 2 was completed in March 2025. This unit is adjacent to 'Godeok Biz Valley,' which is expected to emerge as a new commercial hub in eastern Seoul. The expected sale price is 419.21 million won.

The remaining commercial units in the other seven complexes were completed between February 2020 and April 2022. These units benefit from excellent location conditions due to their connection with the surrounding Gangil and Misa districts and have a strong demand base from more than 6,700 households in large-scale complexes. The expected sale prices range from 297.67 million won to 691.13 million won, which is on average 19% lower than the previous year.
