The resolution meeting, held the previous day in the corporation's main conference room, was attended by President Lee Hakjae, Standing Auditor Jang Jonghyun, and approximately 50 managers at the director level or higher. The event was organized with the aim of embedding compliance management and integrity into the corporation's organizational culture.
During the meeting, participants pledged to practice 'compliance with laws and principles,' 'creating an organizational culture free from abuse of power,' 'eliminating private interests in personnel affairs,' 'transparent work processes and proactive administration,' and 'eradicating unfair trade practices and favoritism' through the reading of a compliance management resolution. Afterwards, the corporation shared its anti-corruption and integrity initiatives for the year and discussed improvement measures to enhance integrity.
In addition to the resolution meeting, the corporation continues to carry out activities such as an ethical management vision campaign under the slogan "Incheon Airport Growing Together with the Value of Integrity," a campaign to spread a culture of mutual respect, and a human rights management core values challenge among resident agency heads. In recognition of these efforts, the corporation achieved a Grade 2 rating for three consecutive years (2022?2024) in the Comprehensive Integrity Assessment conducted by the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission.
President Lee Hakjae stated, "Starting with this resolution meeting, we will make company-wide efforts to practice compliance management and enhance integrity, and we will strive to become a leading public institution in Korea that earns even greater trust from the public."
