Jensen Huang: "An Era Where You Can Run an AI Supercomputer Over a Cup of Coffee"

Nvidia CEO Tours Computex Exhibition Hall
Visits SK Hynix and Praises "HBM4, Truly Beautiful"
Meets with Reporters to Introduce High-Performance Products and Share Future Vision

"We have entered an era where anyone can run an artificial intelligence (AI) supercomputer while enjoying a cup of coffee."

Jensen Huang, CEO of Nvidia, made this statement as he introduced the 'RTX Pro' enterprise AI server at the GTC Taipei Global Press Conference held on the morning of the 21st at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Taipei, Taiwan. Holding up a motherboard, he emphasized, "This is an AI system designed to be easily used by anyone without complex technology. Now, any company can have its own AI computer."

The RTX Pro AI server equipment is designed to connect multiple high-performance chips into a single unit, enabling rapid processing of complex AI computations. According to CEO Huang, the cooling system is simple, making installation and maintenance easy, and companies can continue using their existing operating systems and programs. Furthermore, AI programs can be run and developed independently without connecting to an external cloud.

CEO Huang stated, "Until now, most companies had to rely on external cloud systems and pay to use AI, but now, with a single compact device, they can handle it directly. This product marks an important starting point for the enterprise AI market." His introduction of the AI server is seen as more than just a new product launch; it clearly demonstrates the direction Nvidia intends to take in the enterprise AI market.

The previous day, CEO Huang toured every corner of the 'Computex 2025' exhibition hall, reaffirming relationships with various partners. This demonstrated that Nvidia is not only designing semiconductors but also orchestrating the entire AI ecosystem.

CEO Huang visited every major partner booth, checking each piece of the AI industry puzzle being built together with Nvidia. From the moment he appeared, the exhibition hall effectively turned into a "Jensen Huang Show." The line extending over 100 meters from the entrance consisted mostly of visitors hoping to see him, and as he passed each booth, shouts of "Jensen!" and camera flashes followed him everywhere.

SK Hynix, which supplies high-bandwidth memory (HBM) to Nvidia, showcased its latest HBM4 (6th generation) and HBM3E (5th generation) 12-layer products alongside Nvidia's Blackwell GB200, demonstrating its dominance in the AI memory market. At the end of his tour, CEO Huang visited the SK Hynix booth, examined an HBM4 sample, and exclaimed, "It's truly beautiful." He signed the copper plate containing the sample and wrote the message, "JHH Loves SK Hynix!" SK Hynix also highlighted its ability to meet various AI demands by exhibiting DDR5, LPCAMM, and on-device memory products.

One of the booths where CEO Huang spent the most time was Foxconn's AI server exhibition. The booth featured the large-scale server rack 'GB200 NVL72,' which connects 72 Nvidia Blackwell chips. Inside, high-density cooling technology and power optimization design were applied. CEO Huang praised it as "the heart of the AI factory."

MSI, Gigabyte, and MediaTek also showcased their "Nvidia partnerships" in their own ways. MSI exhibited AI training server equipment, while Gigabyte displayed computer systems equipped with high-performance graphics processing units (GPUs). Each of these booths prominently featured the Nvidia logo, highlighting their status as partners.

Nvidia is going beyond simply supplying products, collaborating with various partners to design a comprehensive "AI factory," including server configuration, cooling equipment, and power optimization technology. Computex will continue until the 23rd. This year, more than 1,400 companies from 34 countries are participating, setting up a total of 4,800 booths. Everywhere in the exhibition hall, the keywords "AI," "server," and "data center" stand out. Some have described it as a technology festival on par with CES, and after CEO Huang's appearance, jokes circulated that "Computex is now made by Nvidia."
