According to the Gwangju Regional Meteorological Administration, the region will be on the edge of a high-pressure system located over the southern seas of Japan on this day. However, the southern coast of Jeonnam will come under the influence of a pressure trough in the morning, which will gradually move away. The morning low will range from 18 to 22 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high will be between 23 and 29 degrees Celsius.

Wave heights in both the West and South coastal waters are expected to reach up to 1.5 meters. Fine particulate matter (ultrafine dust) levels are forecast to be 'moderate'.

An official from the Korea Meteorological Administration said, "In areas where it rains, visibility will be reduced and some roads may become slippery, so we advise drivers to maintain a safe distance and reduce speed for traffic safety."
