Prime Location in Yangju Station Area: Jeil Construction's "Yangju Station Jeil Punggyeongchae Winner Sky" Draws Attention

Jeil Construction Co., Ltd.'s "Yangju Station Jeil Punggyeongchae Winner Sky," located in the Yangju Station development district in Yangju, Gyeonggi Province, is attracting attention for its excellent location and pricing.


"Yangju Station Jeil Punggyeongchae Winner Sky" is a premium residential-commercial complex apartment with three basement floors and 40 above-ground floors, offering exclusive areas of 70, 84, and 101 square meters, and a total of 702 units. The complex boasts a prime location, just about a four-minute walk from Yangju Station on Seoul Metropolitan Subway Line 1. Thanks to these advantages, "Yangju Station Jeil Punggyeongchae Winner Sky" by Jeil Construction achieved a complete sell-out just five days after the start of the official contract period this month.


A sales representative stated, "Despite the challenging market conditions in Yangju, we achieved strong subscription results, and since the opening of the model house, there has been a steady stream of both successful and unsuccessful applicants visiting. After the start of contracts, the enthusiasm increased further, leading to an early sell-out. The prime location next to the station, high residential satisfaction due to the design, and competitive pricing were decisive factors in this success."


Meanwhile, move-in for "Yangju Station Jeil Punggyeongchae Winner Sky" by Jeil Construction is scheduled for January 2029.
