Newbility provides easy-to-use robot services based on its camera-based autonomous driving technology and platform. The company has launched a robot delivery service with Yogiyo and is continuously commercializing robot patrol services in partnership with SK Shieldus. Lion Robotics, a specialized quadruped robot company founded by researchers from KAIST, has gained attention for its quadruped robot 'Raibo'.

Through this MOU, the two companies plan to integrate Newbility's autonomous driving solutions and robot platform with Lion Robotics' quadruped robots. They intend to cooperate to enable precise and safe robot operations in a variety of environments, including complex urban areas, industrial sites with many hazards, public safety, defense, and firefighting.

Sangmin Lee, CEO of Newbility, said, "We expect that the partnership with Lion Robotics will further expand the possibilities of autonomous robot services by combining the technological capabilities of both companies," adding, "With this collaboration, we aim to accelerate the future where heterogeneous and multi-type robots naturally permeate both industrial sites and daily life."
