Fasoo announced on the 19th that it participated in the "Data Security Summit Dallas," which was held in Dallas, Texas, on the 15th (local time).
Through a session presentation and an exhibition booth, Fasoo presented its vision for data governance, management, and security in the era of AI.
The Data Security Summit is a global conference attended by cybersecurity and data protection professionals. The Dallas event, in which Fasoo participated, focused on security strategies in response to the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), Texas's personal information protection law. Major global companies in energy, IT, aerospace, and defense sectors based in Texas, a leader in the U.S. market, took part in the event.
At the event, Ron Arden, CTO of Fasoo USA, gave a session presentation on "Security, Privacy, and Governance for the Age of Generative AI." Arden emphasized, "As AI proliferates and privacy regulations tighten, robust data governance has become a critical challenge," adding, "It is essential to have a data infrastructure capable of identifying, classifying, and comprehensively managing and protecting data that is distributed across various environments, such as multi-cloud."
Following the session, Fasoo shared its solutions and strategies for data security and governance infrastructure through its exhibition booth, highlighting how they address the rapidly changing business environment.
Fasoo’s multi-cloud data security posture management solution, "Fasoo DSPM," enables organizations to gain a comprehensive view of the security status of data scattered across multi-cloud and hybrid cloud environments. It supports organizations in responding to vulnerabilities and ensuring compliance. The solution automatically detects and classifies sensitive data, such as personal information, including unmanaged dark and shadow data. It also provides a clear overview of compliance status, risk levels, and vulnerabilities according to various domestic and international regulations, minimizing security blind spots.
"Fasoo Data Radar (FDR)" is a data identification and classification solution that assesses and automatically classifies data stored in all repositories, including Windows, Mac, and file servers. It detects sensitive information, such as personal data, in real time and offers a range of post-processing features, including encryption, classification, isolation, and the ability to revoke access or delete data after a set period. This makes it highly effective for meeting personal information protection compliance requirements.
Fasoo also showcased its flagship data security solution, "Fasoo Enterprise DRM (FED)," as an essential solution for data protection and compliance with various global regulations.
Fasoo has recently been actively expanding its engagement with North American customers by participating in various cybersecurity and AI conferences held in Canada, the United States, and other locations. Next month, Fasoo will also participate in the global security conference "Gartner Security & Risk Management Summit" to further target the global market.
