On May 16 (Friday), Daebang Industrial Development simultaneously opened both the online and offline model homes for its new residential officetel, "Dongtan Lake Park Daebang Elium Lake Park," located in Songdong, Hwaseong, Gyeonggi Province, and officially began sales. This offering is attracting high interest not only from end users but also from investors, as it consists of units from canceled contracts of the complex that achieved a complete sell-out four years ago.


"Dongtan Lake Park Daebang Elium Lake Park" is comprised of two buildings, ranging from six basement levels to 48 floors above ground, with a total of 358 units, each with an exclusive area of 84 square meters. By unit type, there are 90 units of 84㎡ OA and 268 units of 84㎡ OB, targeting newlywed couples and households of three to four people as an alternative to small apartments.


What stands out the most are the financial benefits and tax support. The initial contract deposit is fixed at 10 million won, significantly reducing the upfront financial burden. In addition, 20% of the balance payment comes with a two-year interest-free deferment benefit. Especially considering the recent increase in interest rates, this interest-free benefit can serve as a substantial advantage by directly reducing actual financing costs. For buyers who choose not to defer the balance payment, an immediate discount of 60 million won is offered to ease the burden of the sales price.


Another notable benefit is the 50% support for acquisition tax. By subsidizing the acquisition tax, which is one of the largest initial costs when purchasing a home, the burden on buyers can be dramatically reduced.


The most significant feature of the complex is its view of Dongtan Lake Park, which has become a landmark in Dongtan 2 New Town (with the exception of some units).
