The cooperative Haebom was selected as the final operating entity on April 25 after a process that included expert evaluations, and with this agreement, it will begin full-scale preparations for operation.

The Kkumteuli Center is expected to serve as a central facility that meets the cultural and welfare needs of residents in Muan-eup and nearby surrounding villages by offering a variety of services, including customized cultural and welfare programs and the operation of a silver cafe.

Governor Kim San stated, "I hope the Kkumteuli Center will become a hub that enhances the quality of life for local residents by providing a wide range of integrated services," adding, "We will do our best to develop high-quality programs in cooperation with the cooperative Haebom so that even greater cultural and welfare services can be delivered."
