HanmiGlobal D&I, the real estate development subsidiary of HanmiGlobal, a company specializing in construction project management (PM), announced on May 14 that it has completed construction of the luxury senior residence "Wirye Symphonia" in Wirye New Town, Songpa-gu, Seoul, and has officially started move-ins. HanmiGlobal plans to expand its comprehensive capabilities in the senior housing sector through this project, covering development, PM, construction, and operation.

Wirye Symphonia is an urban-type senior residence consisting of four basement floors, nine above-ground floors, and a total of 102 units. Residents can enjoy both the abundant living infrastructure and convenient transportation environment of Wirye New Town. Jangji Station, Bokjeong Station, and Namwirye Station on Subway Line 8 are all within a 10-minute drive. When the Wirye Tram Line, located near the complex, opens in May next year, it will connect Macheon Station on Line 5 and Bokjeong Station on Line 8, further improving transportation between Wirye New Town and the Gangnam area.
