The large-scale private rental apartment complex "Ulsan Hoiyagang River State," located in the Ungchon Gokcheon district of Ulju-gun, Ulsan, has officially begun recruiting tenants.
This complex will be developed as a large-scale community with a total of 1,990 units (planned), ranging from 59㎡ to 84㎡ in exclusive area, in buildings from two basement levels up to 29 floors above ground. Anyone aged 19 or older can apply without a subscription savings account. The apartments are offered as "long-term general private rental housing," allowing residents to live stably on a jeonse lease for up to 10 years and later convert to ownership. A key feature is that buyers can plan to own their home at a fixed sale price, free from concerns about price fluctuations.
During the rental period, tenants are exempt from acquisition tax, property holding tax, and capital gains tax. In addition, subscription to jeonse deposit guarantee insurance from the Korea Housing & Urban Guarantee Corporation (HUG) is mandatory, providing a safeguard for tenants' assets. The significantly reduced initial costs are drawing strong interest from genuine home seekers.
The location offers excellent conditions. The Hoiyagang River is close to the east of the complex, providing outstanding views. Residents will also enjoy convenient and comfortable living with nearby facilities such as Ungchon Sports Complex, Ungchon Administrative Welfare Center and Health Branch, Gokcheon Public Market, and Donggang Hospital.
