Moadata (CEO Han Sangjin) announced on May 12 that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with National Healthcare, the largest hospital network in ASEAN, to jointly develop and implement 'LifeSketch,' an AI-based health screening analysis platform for the Thai market.
'LifeSketch' is an AI health screening analysis platform that utilizes big data and AI technology to provide personalized health screening analysis, enabling users to monitor their health status on a regular basis. The platform collects daily data such as individual walking patterns and sleep duration through a proprietary wearable device, and then analyzes this information in conjunction with health screening data to provide personalized health management guidance.
Moadata and National Healthcare have agreed to conduct a pilot test of 'LifeSketch' for wellness center customers operated by BDMS (Bangkok Dusit Medical Services) by August this year. Following the pilot, the two companies will discuss the establishment of a joint venture and further define their business strategy for the Thai market.
BDMS is a healthcare institution in Southeast Asia comprising 58 hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and research institutes. It is recognized annually as the top medical institution in ASEAN and was evaluated as a Top 1% institution in the S&P Global Sustainable Yearbook 2025. As a result, Moadata is expected to achieve long-term success in its digital healthcare division.
Han Sangjin, CEO of Moadata, stated, "Following the previous LOI and this MOU, the supply of digital healthcare platforms in Thailand is becoming more tangible, and we will make every effort across the company to achieve our goal of entering overseas markets." He added, "We will strive to gain recognition in both domestic and international markets by building an integrated one-stop healthcare platform that combines AI technology in the digital healthcare sector."
Moadata previously signed an LOI with National Healthcare on March 27 for a joint R&D project.
