The event was attended by 21 members of the Innovation Junior Board, all public officials in their 20s and 30s, who shared lunch, engaged in open conversation, and took a walk along the Dullegil trail. The participants continued a keyword talk on topics directly suggested by young staff members, such as 'the mayor's early career in public service,' 'improving unreasonable practices,' and 'being a good colleague,' exchanging questions and opinions on the overall district administration.

Mayor Jin stated, "Innovation is difficult for an individual to achieve alone; it requires all members to move in the same direction together," and added, "I will continue to foster a horizontal and innovative organizational culture through open and candid communication."

Gangseo District is accelerating intergenerational communication and organizational culture innovation by conducting various activities centered on the Innovation Junior Board, including research on the use of artificial intelligence (AI) and organizational culture improvement campaigns.
