Residents of Singemdan Royal Park City to Enjoy Direct Services from Three General Hospitals

Strengthening Medical Services for Singemdan Royal Park City Residents
Agreements Signed with Major Hospitals in Seo-gu, Incheon
Aiming to Improve Healthcare Accessibility and Community Well-being

DK Asia has been signing a series of memorandums of understanding (MOUs) with general hospitals in the Seo-gu district of Incheon, aiming to enhance medical services for residents of 'Singemdan Royal Park City'.

DK Asia announced on May 12 that, starting with an agreement last month with Catholic Kwandong University International St. Mary's Hospital, it has recently also signed agreements with Onnuri Hospital and Geomdan Top Hospital.

Through these agreements, Royal Park City residents will be able to enjoy convenient and practical medical benefits, including direct hospital services, prompt medical guidance and reservations, and access to health information. DK Asia stated that it intends to improve medical accessibility and contribute to the development of the local medical culture through these services.

The hospitals involved in the agreements each serve as key regional hubs. International St. Mary's Hospital is a university hospital with a 24-hour emergency care system. Onnuri Hospital is known for its strength in providing rapid, community-based care. Geomdan Top Hospital is the largest general hospital in Geomdan and is equipped with the latest medical equipment.

Royal Park City is a large-scale urban development project by DK Asia, combining city and resort concepts for the first time in Korea. Move-ins have been completed for both Singemdan Royal Park City I (4,805 households) and II (1,500 households) complexes. In particular, the second complex drew attention for its pre-construction and post-sale approach, in which infrastructure was built before units were sold.

DK Asia CEO Cho Jaeman stated that through these agreements, "We have established a foundation that allows not only the 30s and 40s generation raising children, but also the 40s, 50s, and 60s 'signature generation' who value a stable life, to enjoy high-quality medical services with peace of mind."

CEO Cho also said, "'Singemdan Royal Park City II' features landscaping and community facilities that surpass those in the Gangnam area, inter-building distances reaching up to 97 meters, and direct medical services in partnership with general hospitals," adding, "We aim to create a new residential culture where simply living in Royal Park City becomes a source of pride."
