On this day, Kwon began his first campaign at Guro Digital Complex, appealing for support from workers on their way to work.

Kwon emphasized, "This place, where the Guro Industrial Complex has been transformed, is known as the starting point of the progressive party with the Guro Alliance Strike, and it is also where the Democratic Labor Party headquarters is currently located. About 150,000 workers commute to Guro Digital Complex, and most of them are employed by small and medium-sized enterprises."

Participating in this campaign event were Han Sanggyun, Chief Standing Election Committee Chair, Lee Baekyun, Labor Party Leader, Lee Sanghyun, Green Party Leader, Kim Hyejeong, Deputy Head of the Seoul Branch of the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions, and Byun Hyeonjun, Youth Election Committee Chair.

Kwon is the only candidate from a progressive party and was selected by the Grand Social Transition Presidential Alliance, which consists of the Justice Party, Labor Party, Green Party, and civil society organizations.
