Gyeonggi Province will be accepting additional applications for the "Gyeonggi Eco-friendly Agricultural Products Support for Pregnant Women" program from May 12 to May 30.
Eligible applicants include women who have given birth on or after January 1, 2024, and women who are currently pregnant as of the application date, provided they reside in one of the 23 eligible cities and counties among the 31 in the province.
The program will support approximately 3,000 recipients. The number of beneficiaries varies by city and county, and participants will be selected either by lottery or on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on the local guidelines.
Selected pregnant women will receive eco-friendly agricultural products worth a total of 400,000 KRW, with a 20% co-payment. This year, in consideration of rising grocery prices, the per-purchase limit has been increased from 120,000 KRW to 200,000 KRW.
