Bring an Umbrella and Outerwear
On Saturday, the 10th, most regions across the country are expected to be mostly cloudy with rain. Precipitation is expected to occur at different times depending on the region.
Rain is forecast to continue until the afternoon in Gangwon Yeongdong, Chungnam, inland Jeonbuk, northern inland Gyeongbuk, northeastern mountainous Gyeongbuk, and western inland Gyeongnam. In the Seoul metropolitan area and Chungbuk, rain will continue until nighttime. In Gangwon Yeongseo, rain is expected to last until the early morning of the 11th.
The expected rainfall over the two days until the 10th is as follows: 5 to 30 mm in northern Gyeonggi, 5 to 20 mm in the five West Sea islands, northern inland Gyeongbuk, northeastern mountainous Gyeongbuk, western inland Gyeongnam, and Ulleungdo·Dokdo, and 5 to 10 mm in Seoul, Incheon, southern Gyeonggi, Daejeon, Sejong, Chungnam, and Chungbuk. Gangwon Province is also expected to receive 5 to 30 mm of rain by the 11th.
Temperatures will be somewhat chilly, with morning lows ranging from 11 to 15 degrees Celsius and daytime highs between 14 and 20 degrees Celsius.

Fine dust concentrations are expected to remain at 'good' or 'normal' levels in most regions nationwide.
Caution is advised due to dense fog and strong winds accompanying the rain. Until the morning, dense fog with visibility less than 200 meters is expected, especially along the Jeolla coast. In other coastal and inland areas, as well as the mountainous regions of Gangwon, fog may reduce visibility to less than 1 kilometer.
Sea fog is also expected across all maritime areas, and visibility in island regions may drop below 200 meters.
Strong wind advisories have been issued for Jeju Island, the Jeolla coast, the Chungnam west coast, and parts of the Gyeongnam coast. In addition, strong winds with instantaneous speeds exceeding 70 km/h (and over 90 km/h in mountainous areas) are expected along all coastal areas, the mountainous regions of Gangwon, and the northeastern mountainous regions of Gyeongbuk.
There is also a possibility of strong winds exceeding 55 km/h in inland regions, so caution is required regarding facility management and safety accidents.
Waves are expected to reach 1 to 4 meters in the East Sea coastal waters and 0.5 to 3.0 meters in the West Sea and South Sea coastal waters. In the offshore areas (up to about 200 km from the coastline), wave heights are expected to be 1.5 to 5.0 meters in the East Sea, 1.0 to 3.5 meters in the West Sea, and 1.0 to 4.0 meters in the South Sea.
