The Hongseong County Council in South Chungcheong Province opened its 312th temporary session on May 8 and 9, beginning two days of legislative activities.
During this session, the council plans to review and vote on a total of 20 ordinances and general agenda items. This includes 11 ordinances proposed by council members and 9 ordinances and general agenda items submitted by the Hongseong County Governor.
The council will deliberate and vote on the ordinances and general agenda items, which have been thoroughly examined by each standing committee, during the closing ceremony of the temporary session on the afternoon of May 9.
Kim Deokbae, the council chairperson, stated, "I would like to thank my fellow council members for their active participation in legislative activities, even in these turbulent times." He added, "As May is the month of family, I wish peace and happiness to all the families of our county residents."
