Daewoo Construction announced that it will open the model house for 'Gocheok Prugio Hillstate' on May 9. This complex, being developed as part of the Gocheok District 4 Housing Redevelopment and Maintenance Project in Guro-gu, Seoul, consists of 10 buildings with three basement levels and 25 above-ground floors, totaling 983 units. Among these, 576 units with exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 84 square meters will be available for general sale.
Special supply applications will begin on May 19, followed by first-priority applications on May 20 and second-priority applications on May 21. The winners will be announced on May 27, and contracts will be signed over three days starting from June 9. Adults aged 19 or older who have lived in the Seoul metropolitan area (with priority given to Seoul residents), have been subscribed to a housing subscription savings account for at least 12 months, and meet the required deposit conditions are eligible for first-priority applications. Sixty percent of all general supply units will be allocated by lottery.
This is the first complex in Seoul jointly developed by Daewoo Construction and Hyundai Engineering, and it is the first large-scale complex to be supplied in Gocheok-dong in 18 years. The site is close to a subway station and major roads, with elementary, middle, and high schools nearby. It offers convenient access to the Mokdong academy district, and department stores, shopping malls, and hospitals are all within a 2-kilometer radius. Parks and streams are also located nearby.
The buildings are primarily oriented to the south and feature a flat-type layout. The green space ratio is approximately 30%, and there are about 1.39 parking spaces per unit. Community facilities for residents will include a daycare center, a small library, study rooms, a fitness center, and an indoor golf practice range. There will also be a guesthouse and a sky lounge. Neighborhood facilities for shopping and dining will be incorporated within the complex. The model house is located near the project site.
