These missiles were launched from the Wonsan area in North Korea toward the East Sea.
The Joint Chiefs of Staff stated, "The military has strengthened surveillance and vigilance in preparation for additional launches, and is maintaining a full readiness posture while closely sharing information related to 'North Korean ballistic missiles' with the United States and Japan."
