Six Individuals Recognized for Exemplary Filial Piety Practices
Masan Happo District in Changwon Special City, Gyeongnam held an award ceremony on May 7 to recognize meritorious individuals for filial piety in commemoration of the 53rd Parents' Day.

During the event, awards were presented to a total of six recipients: four individuals who have made filial piety the foundation of their daily lives by creating harmonious families and showing respect for elders with sincerity and proper manners; one organization that has continuously worked to practice the spirit of filial piety and serve as a model in the local community; and one public official who has incorporated filial piety into daily life and has set an example by diligently fulfilling their official duties.
Park Dongjin, head of the district office, stated, "I would like to express my sincere gratitude and respect to the recipients who have practiced filial piety through their dedication and sacrifice. I will continue to seek various ways to further promote a social atmosphere of filial piety and do my best to actively reflect this in district administration."
