"Future Environmental Leaders Expected"
Experience Programs Including Summer Camp and Habitat Protection
S-OIL is recruiting 40 university students to participate in activities for biodiversity conservation and the protection of natural monuments.
On May 7, S-OIL announced that it is accepting applications for participants in the "Natural Monument Guardians" social contribution program, which is sponsored by S-OIL and organized by the Environment Foundation. This year marks the 13th cohort of the Natural Monument Guardians. Applications are open to university students nationwide until May 23. Selected participants will take part in a summer camp, create card news content, engage in volunteer activities with S-OIL employees, and participate in efforts to protect the habitats of natural monuments.
The activities will conclude with a completion ceremony at the end of the year, during which each team will share their project results and outstanding teams will be recognized. A representative from S-OIL stated, "The Guardians program is a meaningful opportunity for the younger generation to directly participate in biodiversity conservation," and added, "We hope many university students with an interest in the environment and a commitment to action will join us."
