The 2nd AI Credit Evaluation Academy to Be Held
Artificial intelligence (AI) technology finance company PFCT announced on May 7 that it will be accepting applications for participants in the "2nd PFCT AI Credit Evaluation Academy" for about three weeks, from May 8 to May 30.
The AI Credit Evaluation Academy is a program established by PFCT to directly discover and nurture next-generation AI finance technology talent, and participation is completely free of charge.
Outstanding graduates will be given the opportunity to participate in a six-month internship in the second half of the year. Selected interns will be assigned to projects that PFCT conducts in collaboration with major domestic financial institutions. They will be able to gain hands-on experience with financial technologies applied to PFCT's AI risk management solution, "AIRPAC."
The academy is the only educational program in Korea where participants can learn AI credit evaluation technology in depth over five days. Participants can acquire industry-level financial technology skills without joining a credit rating agency. The curriculum covers a wide range of topics, from the principles of developing AI credit evaluation models to the application of anonymized financial data handled by PFCT.
The instructors consist of top-level industry professionals. Lecturers include financial technology experts who have carried out projects for more than 30 financial institutions, as well as AI engineers and data analysts who have presented papers at major international AI conferences such as ICLR, a first for a Korean financial company.
In addition, a variety of networking programs have been prepared to allow participants to experience PFCT's unique startup work environment.
This academy will be held offline for five days, from July 14 to July 18, at PFCT's headquarters in Seocho-gu, Seoul. Any undergraduate or graduate student who can participate for the entire duration of the program is eligible to apply. Applications can be submitted on the PFCT recruitment website.
Lee Jaegyun, Executive Vice President and Chief Business Officer (CBO) of PFCT's Financial Business Solutions Division, said, "We hope that talented individuals passionate about AI technology and financial innovation will use this opportunity as a stepping stone for growth."
