Business Agreement Signed for Joint Use of Integrated Policy Support Platform for Small Business Owners
On May 7, the Small Enterprise and Market Service (SEMAS) announced that it had signed a business agreement with South Chungcheong Province to jointly utilize 'Sosangongin24'.
Sosangongin24 is an integrated policy support platform that brings together support programs for small businesses, allowing users to handle everything from application to post-management in a one-stop process. It offers digital convenience features for both small business owners and policy administrators, such as simplified document submission, customized notifications, and electronic agreements. Since its launch in April 2023, the platform has continued to expand and upgrade its services, enhancing flexibility and maintaining stable operations so that all organizations implementing support programs for small businesses can utilize it.
With this agreement, South Chungcheong Province will be able to handle every stage of its small business support programs?from announcements to application and post-management?through Sosangongin24. In addition, the province plans to cooperate on promoting small business support programs and providing staff training to ensure the smooth joint use of Sosangongin24.
SEMAS plans to use this agreement as a starting point to expand the joint use of Sosangongin24 with local governments and related organizations, so that small business owners can receive policy support from a single platform.
Park Sunghyo, Chairman of SEMAS, stated, "Through Sosangongin24, we aim to provide small business policy support information and various convenience features in one place," adding, "We will do our best to support policies in cooperation with local governments and related organizations so that no small business owner misses out on support simply because they are unaware of available policies."
