Muan County in South Jeolla Province (Governor Kim San) announced on May 1 that it is publicly recruiting an organization to operate the fifth Together Care Center, which provides after-school care services for elementary school students, until the 27th of this month.
The recruitment is for the Together Care Center located within the Jungheung S-Class apartment complex in Oryong District, Illo-eup. The county plans to select an entrusted institution with expertise and experience in order to establish a stable community-based care system.
Eligible applicants include social welfare corporations, nonprofit corporations, social cooperatives, and nonprofit private organizations. Applicants must have no disqualifying reasons under relevant laws and must have a track record of conducting social (child) welfare-related projects.
The selected organization will be responsible for the overall operation of the care center and will receive administrative and financial support from Muan County to ensure smooth operations. The corporation (organization) selected as the trustee will be entrusted with operations for the next five years. Organizations wishing to apply for the operation must visit the Resident Life Division of Muan County Office during the application period.
