Yangsansi in South Gyeongsang Province is holding the "Capture Yangsan, Share Your Course!" travel course contest for all citizens nationwide starting from May 1, 2025.
This contest has been organized to discover creative travel courses that capture the diverse charms of Yangsan and to utilize them as tourism content.
Participants are required to design their own Yangsan travel course for either a 2-day-1-night or 3-day-2-night itinerary and submit it as either image content or a short-form video. Submissions that include trending hotspots, popular restaurants, unique experiences, or distinctive accommodation information are likely to receive higher evaluations.
Anyone in the country can participate individually or as a team, and entries must be submitted via email between October 1 and October 31, 2025. Each individual or team may submit only one entry.
The winning entries will be selected in November through a two-stage process: the first evaluation by a panel of professional judges, and the second evaluation through a public vote on the Yangsan Love Card app. The grand prize winner in the image category will receive a prize of 1 million won, and the grand prize winner in the short-form video category will receive a prize of 1.5 million won.
An official from Yangsansi stated, "Through this contest, we hope to rediscover the hidden charms of Yangsan, which is emerging as a travel city, from the fresh perspectives of our citizens," adding, "We look forward to many people participating and helping to create new tourism content for Yangsan."

When submitting an entry, required documents such as the application form, pledge, and consent form for personal information collection must be included. All entries must be original works created in 2025, and if any people appear in the work, a portrait rights consent form must also be submitted.
Yangsansi plans to actively utilize the winning entries from this contest through various channels, including SNS and tourism promotional content, to help vitalize tourism in Yangsan.
