Open Recruitment for Open Positions Including Minister-Counselor at the Embassy in Russia

Senior Civil Service and Director-Level Positions

The government is conducting an open recruitment for open positions to attract talent for the Senior Civil Service and Director-level posts.

On May 1, the Ministry of Personnel Management announced that it will carry out the May 2025 open recruitment for open positions, selecting suitable candidates through both internal and external public recruitment.

A total of six positions are available in this recruitment: four Senior Civil Service posts and two Director-level posts across three ministries? the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Nuclear Safety and Security Commission, and the Ministry of the Interior and Safety.

The Senior Civil Service positions include Minister-Counselor at the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Russia, Minister-Counselor at the Embassy in Argentina, Minister-Counselor at the Embassy in Belgium who also serves at the Embassy to the European Union and the Permanent Mission to NATO, and Minister-Counselor at the Embassy in Japan.

The Director-level positions include Director of Audit and Investigation at the Nuclear Safety and Security Commission, and Director of Disaster Safety Data at the Ministry of the Interior and Safety.
