The event will begin at 10:00 a.m. and will feature a fairy tale cosplay parade, fairy tale character experiences, performances, and games, offering a wide range of engaging activities for children and families to enjoy together.

The festival will kick off with a dazzling fairy tale parade designed to captivate children's attention. Characters from stories such as "Moana," "Aladdin and the Magic Lamp," and "Little Red Riding Hood" will take to the streets, creating a magical fairy tale world. The large-scale parade will include participation from over 3,000 residents, including eight district libraries, small libraries, and daycare centers.

The parade will start at 10:00 a.m. from Seoul Digital Contents High School (formerly Gangseo Technical High School), pass Banghwa Station, and continue to Banghwa Neighborhood Park, lasting about one hour and featuring various performances such as surprise dance shows.

Following the parade, the opening ceremony will take place at 11:00 a.m. on the main stage at Banghwa Neighborhood Park, hosted by comedian Kim Jucheol. Afterward, there will be a celebratory performance by the Seoul Hoseo Art College dance team and a "Random Play Dance" event, officially marking the start of the main festivities.

On-site, a variety of events will be held, including the Experience Zone (JulgiGO), Play Zone (NolGO), Performance Zone (BoGO), and Food Zone (MeokGO). In the Experience Zone, visitors can enjoy 27 different activities related to fairy tale characters, such as making Greek temple plaster air fresheners, crafting Snow White's apple magic wands, and creating pirate ship fans.

The Play Zone will feature amusement rides like a tour train, UFO bumper cars, and robot air bouncers, giving children the feeling of being at an amusement park. In the Performance Zone, 17 teams from schools and local clubs will showcase their talents with dance, mask dance drama, North American instrument performances, and band shows. The Food Zone will offer a variety of foods, including Korean cuisine and street snacks.

At 3:30 p.m., the closing performance, "Fantastic Magic Bubble Show," will take place for 30 minutes. This show, combining bubble and magic acts, will delight children and bring the day's festivities to a close.

This event is sponsored by Korea Cable Car Industry Co., Ltd. (operator of Namsan Cable Car), Donghaeng Yeonwoohoe, Woon Gajabiwon Social Welfare Foundation, and Woori Bank Gangseo-gu Office branch.

District Mayor Jin Kyohun stated, "The Fairy Tale Festival is a special event where not only children but also adults can freely dream and imagine with pure hearts. As this year's festival offers even more exciting content, I hope you will come with your family and create fairy tale-like memories together."
