Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, President Kim Kyunghwan) announced that the 10th HF University Student Volunteer Group will officially begin its activities to improve housing welfare for vulnerable groups in Busan and to revitalize the local community.
On this day, the corporation held the inauguration ceremony for the 10th HF University Student Volunteer Group at the Busan Volunteer Center in Busan. This volunteer group is composed of university students from the Busan area and is divided into three teams: housing welfare, environment, and self-reliance and growth support. The group plans to carry out a variety of social contribution activities through the end of the year.

The volunteers will directly plan and operate activities such as improving housing conditions for the housing vulnerable, conducting environmental campaigns for the sustainable development of the local community, and supporting the self-reliance of youth and marginalized groups.
An official from the corporation stated, "HF will continue to fulfill its social responsibilities as a public institution in various fields and strive to provide practical help to the local community."
The HF University Student Volunteer Group has consistently carried out practical activities to improve housing conditions, including the 'Cool Roof' social contribution project, which involves applying special solar heat-blocking paint to roofs and rooftops to lower surface temperatures, installing anti-slip materials on stairs in old residential areas, and replacing wallpaper and flooring.
