Average Price per Home: 61 Million Won
Objection Period Until May 29
Hongseong County, South Chungcheong Province, announced on April 30 that it has determined and disclosed the individual housing prices for 20,259 single-family homes in the county as of January 1, 2025.
The average price per single-family home announced by the county is 61 million won, and the overall housing price has increased by 1.44% compared to the previous year.
Individual housing prices can be viewed by visiting the Tax Department at the county office or the administrative welfare centers in each town and township. They can also be accessed online through the 'Real Estate Public Price Notifier' platform.
If there are any objections after viewing the housing prices, an objection form can be submitted online via the 'Real Estate Public Price Notifier' or in writing to the Tax Department at Hongseong County Office or to the administrative welfare center of the town or township where the house is located.
Meanwhile, it is also possible to view and file objections regarding multi-unit housing (apartments, row houses, and multiplex housing) whose prices are determined and announced by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. The period and method for viewing and objection submission are the same as those for Hongseong County's individual housing prices.
