Expectations for Diversifying Content Revenue
Class101 announced on the 30th that it will launch a membership exclusively for creators in order to strengthen creator business models and deepen connections with fans.
The membership is a service that allows creators to design and operate their own membership programs. It was planned to diversify the creator business model, which had previously been centered on video-on-demand (VOD) offerings.
The membership is divided into subscription and cohort-based types, and allows creators to combine and sell a variety of content, including member-only posts and VOD, community features, individual coaching passes, challenges, and online and offline events.
In addition, creators are provided with real-time dashboard data such as membership status, monthly revenue, and the number of active subscribers. Community feed and one-on-one chat functions have also been introduced to strengthen member management features. Through this, Class101 expects that creators will be able to offer fan-customized content, strengthen communication with fans, and increase their earnings.
Going forward, Class101 plans to expand the types of membership content and enhance fan marketing capabilities by integrating a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
A Class101 representative stated, "We will continue to expand our services so that creators can solidify their bonds with subscribers and build individualized business models."
